I've bought my house 17 yrs back with elastomeric coating placed on asbestos shingles. Twice because my purchase, I've had elastomeric coating re-placed on my roof. The roof would not at present leak, but my insurance company requires a statement annually which the roof will past 3 to 5 far more a long time and I am anticipating the next time they
